      Welcome to Cortez.DurangoCAP.com! This is the internet home of the Civil Air Patrol - San Juan Composite Squadron - Cortez Flight, based in Cortez, Colorado. This is the official means of mass communication from command to members. Meeting schedules and other information is available here. Check this site often for the most current information.
      The Cortez Flight  is an extension of CO-176 Performing Missions For America out of Cortez Colorado since 2007. In 2008, Cortez is running a great program! With dedicated Senior Officers and Cadets, 2008 will prove to be a great year! We are also accepting new members from the surrounding area. Please look around and contact the squadron if you are interested.
      We are very proud to have you as our guest and want to provide the highest level of service to you while visiting our site. These pages are updated frequently with new information and checked to see that all links are working. Please enjoy all the information we have provided and share the fun with others.

      We have tried to make this site easy to navigate. On the top of every page are a series of headings to help you find what you need.
      The
Information Heading of our site is designed for those of you looking for information about the Civil Air Patrol and the San Juan Composite Squadron. Overall it is designed for the non-member seeking an understanding of our missions and programs.
      The
Member Services Heading is designed for local members to find useful information pertaining to them. It contains detailed information about our missions, members and activities. Some areas of this heading are protected by passwords for the safety and privacy of our members. Members may also link directly to Member Services/e-Services on the national website for access to the national database.
      Our
Squadron Archives Heading contains a photo gallery as well as information and press releases on our past activities.

Next Cadet Meeting:
Cadet Meetings are held every Wednesday unless otherwise posted
UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED: BDUs will be worn the 1st, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays; Blues will be worn on the 2nd.

Time: 1900 (7:00pm) - 2100 (9:00pm) **Note Senior Members will meet at 1830 (6:30pm)

If you have not yet received a uniform, please wear appropriate dress to squadron meetings. Preference would be a NICE pair of blue jeans with a belt, a gray T-shirt/sweater, and appropriate footwear.
